In 2022 Morgan started photographing cars and documenting automotive nightlife in the Southwest of England. Things soon grew past random Saturday nights at Cheddar George and became Shift Therapy, A media outlet representing the modified car community as a therapeutic and positive pass time by creating calming automotive content. You'll usually find him in the garage working on one of his cars or trying to convince somebody "A welded diff really ain't that bad bro".

In 1999 there was a disturbance to the earth's balance so large it broke the rhictor scale (some say he welded it back together himself). This was Will, a 200-pound man in skinny jeans, who can often be found drinking Budweiser and cutting up a classic car.
His signature move is burning himself with a welder, being asleep all day, and wearing the same jeans for 3 months in a row.

If she’s not saying hello and chatting to every car owner possible, she’ll be handing out free sweets and drinks from the back of her Porsche 944 or tuned JCW Mini. With a brain for business and a friendly smile, no matter what she’s doing she’s always around to help.

In 2024 Elliot joined ShiftTherapy, he helped Morgan to move down to Somerset by offering a place to live. "I have an odd relationship with BMW's it's either love or hate" (usually the E34 making a new noise).
I'll usually be found next to Morgan at a meet or just vibing with everyone that I can.
